Cleveland Cavaliers vs Boston Celtics Final Score - Watch Cavs Celtics Live Stream Online

The Cleveland Cavaliers are starting a new era tonight as they play their first game without LeBron James, who left the team this past summer to play for the Miami Heat. The Cavs are going up against the Boston Celtics, who opened up their season last night with a win against James and the Heat.

Cleveland looked pretty good without LeBron in the pre-season and only time will tell if they will be able to carry over that team effort for success in the regular season. They will have a tough opponent tonight in the Celtics who are looking once again to be one of the dominant teams in the NBA.

In what has turned out to be one of the better games so far tonight, the Cleveland Cavaliers looked like they might stumble against the Boston Celtics. However, the Cavs, after being down for the majority of the game, came back to take the lead in the 4th quarter. As time was winding down the Cavs had a 5 point (89-84) lead with 1:33 left on the clock bringing the crowd of 20,000+ to a roar.

The Cavs really came alive in the second half by taking the lead and pulling away from the Celtics late in the game. Boobie Gibson nailed 2 free throws to make the score 93-87 with 17 seconds on the clock.

Cleveland might have something to cheer about this winter after all. After being burned or spurned by LeBron James, the city on the southern shore of Lake Erie just might end up getting the final laugh in! They are going crazy down at the Q! Bye bye LBJ as the Cavaliers have ushered in a new era. More complete coverage to come in the next several minutes.

FINAL SCORE - 95 to 87!

Texas Rangers vs San Francisco Giants Final Score - Video Coverage Recap

The San Francisco Giants are taking on the Texas Rangers in the first game of the 2010 World Series. This is the pitching matchup of the series as the Giants will send Tim Lincecum to the mound while Cliff Lee gets the starting nod for the Rangers.

Lincecum got into trouble early and often in the first two innings. In the first inning, Vladimir Guerrero reached on infield single to first and Elvis Andrus scored on the play. In the 2nd inning Andrus hit a sacrifice fly to center scoring Benji Molina to give the Rangers a 2-0 lead. It could have been worse for the Giants as Lincecum gave up 4 hits and a walk in the first 2 innings but managed to escape big scoring innings. It appeared that the Giants weren't ready for the Rangers style of baseball.

The Giants got to Cliff Lee in the 3rd inning when Freddy Sanchez, with runners on 1st and 2nd, lined a double (his 2nd of the game) to left field to plate Edgar Renteria. The next batter up was rookie cather Buster Posey and he knocked in Andres Torres to even up the score at 2-2. The runs ended Lee's 16 1/3 innings of scoreless pitching in the post season. That put runners at 1st and 3rd with one out, but Lee got out of the jam by striking out Pat Burrell and Cody Ross to end the inning.

In the 5th inning, things just fell apart and imploded on Cliff Lee as the game completely slipped away from him. Sanchez doubled for the third time off a Lee to deep center scoring Torres. That was followed up by a Cody Ross single to center that plated Sanchez. Aubrey Huff then singled in Pat Burrell. Lee was chased from the game after 4 2/3 innings. He was relieved by Darren O'Day, who came in and was greeted by a 3 HR blast by Juan Uribe - Ross and Huff came in to score on Uribe's shot to left center to give the Giants an 8-2 lead.

In the 6th inning, Texas got to Tim Lincecum and he didn't make it out of the inning. Benji Molina doubled to left scoring Ian Kinsler. David Murphy came in to pinch hit and delivered a single to right field scoring Molina to make the score 8-4 in favor of the Giants.

In the 8th inning Travis Ishikawa doubled to deep left field for the Giants and that brought home Edgar Renteria to extend San Francisco's lead to 9-4. Freddy Sanchez then came up and knocked his fourth double of the night which drove in Ishikawa (and Sanchez's 3rd RBI of the night) to make the score 10-4. Nate Schierholtz then knocked in Sanchez to extend the score to 11-4 in favor of the Giants.

The Rangers rallied in the ninth inning when Vladimor Guerrero hit a sacrifice fly to right field to score Julio Borbon. Nelson Cruz doubled to deep right center, scoring Elvis Andrus and Josh Hamilton. It was too little to late for Texas though as their rally came up short. The Rangers came out on the losing end of a 11-7 win for the San Francisco Giants in game 1 of the 2010 World Series.

The two teams will play again tomorrow night in San Francisco. Starting time is 7:57 PM EST for Game 2.

Tony Romo Broken Collarbone Video

Here is the play that broke Tony Romo's collarbone.

Tony Romo out with Fractured Left Clavicle - Dallas Cowboys QB suffers Injury During New York Giants Game

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo got knocked out of the Monday night game against the New York Giants. It's a crushing blow to the Cowboys. John Kitna, Romo's backup came in to relieve the injured Romo and Kitna has virtually seen no action in almost 2 years.

Romo left the field in pain and at one point looked like he was trying to get back into the game. He left the field during the second quarter and was examined on the sidelines. He then left the sidelines to head into the locker room for x-rays. The x-rays revealed that Tony Romo suffered a fractured left clavicle on the hit.

Typical recovery for a broken collarbone is usually in the neighborhood of 8 to 10 weeks, which if that's the case then Tony Romo's season just ended tonight. The way the Dallas Cowboys season has been going this is just another blow to them. Stay tuned for further details on this breaking story.

Brett Favre Fractures Ankle in 2 Spots - Fractured Season?

Brett Favre NFL record for starting 291 consecutive games may be in risk of coming to an end. Brett had and MRI and was diagnosed on Monday with 2 fractures in his ankle. It's not known yet whether he will be able to make his next start next week against the New England Patriots.

They are saying that he will not need surgery, but at the same time he has been fitting with a walking boot, which he is now required to wear.

Could this me the end of the line for Brett? It seems that his fire has dimmed this season and he may be nearing the end of his career - with our or without an injury. It just seems like this year he has lost a step. I would love to hear what other people out there think about it.

Browns vs Saints Live Stream - Watch Cleveland vs New Orleans Online

The Cleveland Browns head into the Superdome this afternoon in New Orleans, LA to take on the New Orleans Saints. The 1-5 Browns will try to put a skid to their season which is slipping away faster than many Cleveland fans care for. They are going to have a hard time putting up a win against the 4-2 Saints.

So far after the first quarter it has been all Cleveland, who had a 10-0 lead over the Saints heading into the second quarter. Scott Fujita picked off a Drew Brees pass early in the second quarter. It was the 7th interception of the year for Drew Brees as New Orleans was driving into the red zone. The Browns have dialed up the right defense today. Peyton Hillis scored on a 4 Yard TD Run. Phil Dawson added the extra point and kicked a field go to give the Browns a 10-0 lead.

Colt McCoy had a solid debut against Pittsburgh last week and it will be interesting to see what he does in his second start. This is the future of Cleveland and they need to march him out there the rest of the season to gain the experience the team will need to become a leader for them in the years ahead. They have to stop the quarterback yo-yo machine which has plagued the Browns for going on 3 season now. They will never win under that formula.

Check back later on to Watch Browns vs Saints Live Stream Online. If I find any links I will put them here.
